
Last week was a great week; I am hoping this one will be as well. I must admit in all my surprised happiness I did allow myself a Jimmy John’s Turkey Tom with extra sprouts on 7 grain, and loved every moment of it. I think it was still relatively healthy and didn’t harbor much guilt over it.
I have been learning water tricks and plan to enforce them starting….as always, Monday.
I did a bit better on protein this last week and am still on a hunt for some great recipes and quick meal idea's. I now eat some kind of fruit every morning with my proteins shake, as advised.
I have religiously been taking all these supplements, and must admit I feel healthier and shocked that I remember to take ALL of them daily. I love the B Energy complex by Enzymatic therapy. Within 15 minutes you can feel it working.
Between now and Christmas I am hoping to drop another 15+ pounds, I am still feeling really motivated. I hope it lasts!
And the goal still remains....get into a good yoga practice. I wonder if it helps that I like watching the yoga DVD's??
