With a slight bout of nice weather on Saturday, I pulled out my favorite pair of spring cargo pants. I slipped them on and they were too big, I wore them anyway, but walked around pulling them up all day long. I was happy with this progress, but I really loved those pants. So it has been another week of inches verses pounds, and the inches won!
I have manage to stay just were I was last week, that is better than going up, right?

There is no excuse not to try and log in 40 walking miles or more this week should we have the nice weather they claim we will, I may have to spare the dog and do two walks a day on the really nice days. I hope the weather man was right.

I am food bored, I seem to eat the same things over and over and need some new recipes or tips from other dieters. You can only really eat so much salad so many ways before it is boring, same with protein shakes and snacks. I know people that make menus and then cook everything Sunday for the week and follow their menus, I am not sure I am that motivated, but am willing to get it a whirl.

Strength training and logging my 40 walking miles is my goal for the week, as well as finding some new fun foods.
Pounds lost would also be a big plus, but settling for inches is fine, too.
