Spring is finally here-I have been waiting and waiting! I am looking forward to all the great things I can do outside. This week my focus is on calorie count and water. I have been doing much better with liquids, but not where I need to be. I have been eating lots of fruits and veggies as the great weather brings out the healthy in me.
Six days a week starting this Fresh Monday will be my workout regime. It was hot out the last couple days and I so badly wanted to be out in a tank top, but self-conscious got in the way. So I am going to work out giving myself tank top arms.
A start to great arms is my goal this week. Yoga is still in the back of my mind, too. I have a friend who is willing to do private lessons with me and hope we get that set up soon.
I lost two pounds last week and plan on three this week.
