
At first I thought of this 3 pound gain as a great disappointment, but it is just a stumbling block that I am not going to get upset over. I know I will lose it this week and that in the scheme of life it will be an ongoing battle, it always has and always will be- I am just excited to reach the place where it is all about maintenance. I choose to look at this as just another challenge and I know where it the extra poundage came from. Too many carbohydrates (the bad kind)
This week I will revisit my workout routine with my trainer, and this morning started with my protein shake. I am excited to get back on schedule; summer is just around the corner.
By next Monday I know I will be down 5 pounds, if not more. It is going to be a great week!
