Fresh Monday on Tuesday


It has been a very sad week. I kept my walking up and lost 7 pounds in 4 days from stress and sadness. My goal is to keep the 7 off and knock three more off this week. My appetite is still not back, but I am eating mostly fruits and veggies. This week I plan to get back on the workout routine since it is a big help in feeling better mentally as well as a distraction. My life’s routine has been thrown off, so I am now looking to make big changes in all aspects of my life, including being much more diligent about my health and wellbeing.
