Long holiday weekends always seem to be an invitation for eating like crap. This weekend was no different, the one difference is I can’t weigh myself and that may be a good thing about now. We had two dinner engagements this past weekend and although I felt I make okay choices, I still could have done much better, and worked out harder to try and burn some of the extra calories off.
This next week is full of lunches out, company coming, and they always want to eat out. I have resigned myself to 6:00 am workouts even if it kills me so that I can try and stay on track. I do plan on some healthy cooking for my company, I don’t know that they will be up for it, but at least I will do my best to eat right. This healthy lifestyle is much harder than some make it look.
My crunches start today, as do my walking lunges and ZUMA. I have some hope left for this week. I am still working on those tank top arms…
I did cheat last week and over weighed myself at the neighbors, the numbers were in my favor but I think I will wait another week before I do it again (from home).
