
This week like all weeks is about those tank top arms-I have no fantastic goals or lists for this week. I plan to just keep working on something new every week and hoping for the best. My goal is to lose five pounds by next week. Sleep, good hard undisturbed sleep that is my other goal. That one I am sure to lose.
This is a short fresh Monday, and I maintained from last week. Nothing new- no rewards, just taking it a day at a time.
