Monday is here already? This last week was rather successful, and I have managed to lose another pound since my last posting. I am giving some of the credit to Biochem shakes, and Allen. If I do have a protein shake right away in the morning, and remember to have small meals every three hours, I feel much more alert and not hungry. I also have not had one hypoglycemic attack this last week.
I am still not so good with the 30 minute rule, but do have the shake within the first hour of waking. I have also found that fiber will make me feel full and truly aids in the healthy weight loss process. I had read an article where women were using Fiber One crushed or pulsed to coat baked chicken and other items. I toss a handful on my salad or in my apple sauce and think it tastes great.

With this cold front that we are having, I have been walking longer and faster. I am still not so hip to the idea of the twice a week bike ride (bikers bum). Allen suggested as did my doc that I do 3 minutes of jogging on my treadmill a few times a week. I have checked out a slew of DVD’s from the library (they are free) Yoga, The Method, and a few others. I watch them first, and then try them out. If I decide that will use it, then I will buy one from Amazon. I think that is the best way to find a great DVD and use it before you buy it.

I even had two homemade cookies this week, didn’t beat myself up over it, and still have a weight loss. Not bad!

This week:

I will be starting the 3 minute jog sessions
The method DVD’s with my yoga a couple times a week
10 minutes of stretching every single day (preferable in the morning)
Still working on the liquid intake (that is just hard)
I am going for another two pounds this week
Start the strength training
