13 Healthly snacks I like to eat




1. Multigrain oatmeal with cranberries
2. A wedge of light laughing cow cheese
3. A handful of walnuts
4. A handful of sea salted almonds (my favorite)
5. Apple slices with almond butter
6. A slice of Ezekiel toast with natural peanut butter
7. A cup of chicken broth seasoned with garlic and pepper and spinach leaves
8. Two sesame Wasa crackers with humus
9. Two Dalmas
10. One cup mixes fruit (blueberries and strawberries)
12. English cucumber slices with no cal spritz sesame dressing
13. Chocolate protein shake with frozen cherries
14. String cheese
