I was planning some kind of midweek post, I also thought today was Wednesday…All day! I have just been informed that it is indeed Thursday. I have been doing great with the mini meals, I am not at 6, but have managed 5. I have found that this makes me hungrier; I was told this is normal since my furnace is working and burning calories, and that my body and I will get use to it. I have been drinking Biochem 40 grams of protein every morning and it is giving me that boost I need. This is the only protein shake I have ever had that has no lactose, gluten, and aspartame and tastes really good.
I managed a 2 mile bike ride and my rear will never be the same. I believe there are just no butt friendly seats out there.
I have also found eating too many veggies will give you gas pains that make you think you’re in labor. Healthy sure can be painful, but what is the alternative? I don’t want to find out. My plan for this week was to drop two pounds and I have dropped 3.5 so I am impressed. I have done great with the water, but not where I should be. Small baby steps, and a kick of patience.

Wow you are doing fantastic! I've had those same issues with the veggie eating..lol It's not fun at all.

Isn't it awful? I am eating enzymes like mad now when I eat stuff like that.
