Laziness is the only way to describe what my exercise routine has been lately. Had I been following the plan, I would be down more, and maybe less fearless of the holidays. Coldness is not a motivating factor to get outside and get going. I walk everyday regardless of the weather, but when it is under 20 I don’t get my 3-5 miles in. You would think this would be the perfect time to really focus on the equipment I own at home, and start perfecting my weight routine. That has not been the case.

I know I get in my own way of good intentions; I am still a bit unclear why. I am pretty good at staying with routine in life, but apparently not in health. It has been said that you can’t sit around and wait to be motivated, it is not something that comes to you, it is something you make. I think this is true and my motivation maker is experiencing technical difficulties. I am hoping to fix that this week, followed by a two pound weight loss.
