After a week of eating what I call “crappy”, I still managed to lose three pounds, hormones and all. I hope this week is easier craving wise. I have stocked my kitchen and freezer with all the good stuff, and have, for the most part, stuck to the thirty minute rule. I really do feel a difference when I eat with in the first thirty minutes, and I think my day goes in a better direction, too. I will chalk the loss up to the extra miles I was able to walk when we had seventy degree weather. We are now back to frigid, Yuck!

What I put in my body is all choice, so, eating like total crap was 100% choice, even though I would like my unstable hormones to step up take some of the blame here. Every week I say I am going to work on my water consumption, every week I don’t. I have become the quintessential slacker. I am not following my own 21 days rule, and can’t or have not tried to find my way out of this rut. This also goes for my few minutes of peace or centering daily, my stretching and a whole fantabulous list of things that would make me healthy and…

Note to self: Work on the good stuff and see what happens!
