The rush and energy I have when it’s over
A slightly tighter rear
The inches I lost with out knowing it
The muscle definition coming back, especially in my stomach
Lowering my risk of heart disease and other diseases
Because I do it for me and no one else- it is my time
Pushing myself to go farther and longer every so often and being amazed I did it
Compliments from my neighbors, friends and my everyday fellow trail people
I feel Stronger
Sometimes the scale reads the same, but my jeans tell a different story
It lowers my anxiety and stress levels
The biggest reason I am learning to love it is; I can’t and won’t live with the alternative

Happy TT!
I'm up at both Thornesworld
and The Eclectic Witch.
I hope you'll stop by!
Good for you! Keep it up... the rewards are immeasurable. Happy TT
no matter how much I exercise, I've never learned to love it. Maybe mildly tolerate it. ;)
I am hoping one day soon to have some of these positive feelings towards exercise. Great 13!
Tabbikat's Thoughts
Hey there! We were out in City Park this morning. My goal is to be able to run the new 'loop'. IT doesn't sound like much but since I have asthma - I hate aerobic exercise!
Hurray for firmer rears! My trainer wants to make mine bigger - we'll see how it goes
Cool list. I wish I could get there myself, but right now I'm still too lazy to excercise regularly.
Keep at it!
I need some of your motivation!
i agree with you about the muscle definition. that is really awesome to see and a great motivator to keep it up. happy tt!
Maybe love is a strong word for Exercise, I love what it is doing for me is more like it.
I can honestly say-my trainer will never say I need to get a bigger rear...:) I am motivated by fear, so far that is working for me! Thans for the great comments.
