March is here already, where does the time go? This month I am not focusing so much on pounds lost per week, I will be keeping track, but would like to have close to a 20 pound loss by the end of March. With new routines and food plans underway, I am hoping I can really push myself harder than ever to make this goal.
My plan was to pre-cook meals and have them ready to go, but that is just not me. I will settle for the mini meals and having the good snacks on hand, be more conscientious of what I am putting in my mouth and why. To try and stay hydrated is my other goal for the month.
Lately I have been meeting people that are really enjoying the Tracy Anderson DVD’s. They claim to feel leaner and tighter. Starting today, I too, will give her boot camp a go. I am excited to start mixing my workouts up bit and seeing different results. I know there are trainers that don’t like her unconventional techniques, but anything is worth a try once. Unconventional may be just what I need. Another friend sent me a Zumba clip and I ordered that DVD, too.
This Fresh Monday is all about getting my March in order, setting attainable goals and ways to keep them, letting go of the doubts that cloud my mind and looking for easy ways out, there are none.
