
Often I buy or borrow workout DVD’s to try, and then, never even bother. The workout program I have of Tracy Anderson’s is not one that is sold, but has sold me, enough that I just ordered two of her sets. She demands a lot of reps which is very challenging, but I am up for it, and you feel it
EVERYWHERE later. I guess I was right about myself, I do like unconventional. I know she trains Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow, and that had no bearing on me trying her style or liking her since I could care less who works out whom. I also read an article she did today and like the information and answers provided. I know a dozen or so of her exercises will be incorporated into my weekly workouts at least 5 days a week. Some you could do just while talking on the phone. I think that mat exercises are great for people who don’t like cardio, but still want to keep those muscles toned. Finally a workout I like.
Now if I could just love yoga this much!
