On March 11th was my two year walking anniversary. I have walked countless miles gone though 4 pairs of Saucony shoes and am on my 5th pair right now. In that two years, I did not miss one walking day. It snowed on me, rained, hailed, darn near blew me a couple states over, but I still kept going. I couldn't have done it with out my loyal dog, who at times needed a break when she was sick or sore, but I still manage to get up and go daily. It started as something for my dog and a 21 days habit-to see if I really did walk for 21 days straight would it become a part of me, and it did. I can't believe it has been two years, WOW!
That cute dog above is the most loyal walking buddy a girl could ask for, her name is Chewy.

That is awesome I have walked for 16 years w/a coouple of breaks but pretty steady!!
I have yet to take a break, but my gosh-16 years, that is great. I think it helps the sanity.
