Make no sense Monday

I have no clue what my goals are for this week other than not weighing myself. It is becoming a problem again. I have found some new walking trails and hope to one day return to my old ones as well. My insane goal is to get up to 200 sit-ups a day, and then bump the number every two weeks. I know people that do 500 a day or a few days a week and that really seems like a lot, but I think I can handle the 200. I am always impressed how fast my stomach reacts to crunches and sit-ups and the whole muscle memory is fascinating too.

I have stocked up on a lot of different liquids. Some say it doesn’t count as your water intake if it has anything in it, but I say hydration is hydration, unless caffeine and sugar are involved. So I think my Propels and Vitamin 10 calories waters do count at least in my house.
Food is still an issue right now; I forget to eat and am still not getting enough protein. You would think I should be a walking stick figure by now. That is so not the case.
I have so many grand plans for my exercise routine and how to make it a life long habit, but it still isn’t getting much further than the thought process and good intentions. With the weather heating up a day or two this week I could kick myself for not working harder on the tank top arms since I refuse to go sleeveless.
I guess today’s Fresh Monday is rambling on and not making any sense, this has been going on for a couple weeks now.

What I need to do:

Get back to the protein shakes and mini meals
Improve my fluid intake
Stick with the routine
Find a walking/workout friend
Get a jump start on those 200 sit-ups
Get my arms into shape
Stop thinking of the great ideas and actually put them to work
