8 & 12 pound hand weights

Several resistance bands

Good walking shoes & socks

My iPod

Protein shakes

Stability balls

Medicine ball

Yoga mat (I swear I will start using it one day soon)

Punching bag (it is so handy to have around)

The Magic bullet (whips up protein shakes and smoothies in no time)

B Energy Complex

Goody’s “stay put” elastic bands

A good attitude about health and exercise (I have this most days)
