Monday's come and go without a lot of great improvements. It is all my fault for not executing all the great intentions that I have. My newest goal is to get involved in Yoga and continue it for a whole year. I know that sounds like a big commitment with lot's of room for failure, but then, so did my walking plan that is going on two and a half years later. If I don't lose weight but become stronger and calmer, than it will all be worth it. Calming my mind is a way bigger job than losing weight. That itself could be another blog. :)
I plan to start with private classes and move on to the group one when I am comfortable. I have not been on a regular eating schedule since my bought with stomach issues that have yet to be resolved. I have been living off of 100 mini packs of popcorn, black tea and sometimes chicken or chicken soup and applesauce. I am still of course trying to pump the water and get and stay hydrated.
Since I have started a stretching program before I start my yoga, I will continue with that until I have these stomach issues answered and fixed. Hydration and stretching is it for this week.




Has anyone else noticed that if you type from word that blogger won't let you paste it in? I am wondering if this is caused by the new 8.0 Explorer.

Congratulations on being close to 2 1/2 years of regular walking. That's fantastic!!

I think the Yoga plan sounds excellent. You really can tell a difference in women who do Yoga regularly--your long and lean description of your friend is exactly it.

I can't believe it has been almost 2 1/2 years, the time goes by fast.
I think with all my anxiety Yoga will bring something more then just being lean, at least I hope so!
