
I am so excited that fall is approaching, I love to be outside hiking and walking when it is cool enough to wear a long sleeve tee and not be cold or hot. Last week I did that great hike and was all gung ho to make it a three times a week deal and then build up my time. I got shin splints, back pain and rear pain from that hill. The no pain no gain rule was obviously made by someone who felt very little pain. I will take the challenge again this week, with a dose of Advil. I have been doing this blog for over a year now, and am not sure I am getting what I wanted from it. I also am not sure what I thought I would get from it. I know I have met a few goals along the way this last year and stumbled a lot. I was thinking today what great shape I would be in if I had followed though on my weight lifting and strength training routine. Each day is a Fresh day to start over, and I am hoping that is exactly what I will do tomorrow.
I have maintained my recent weight loss and have not budged this week. I would like to lose 7 or so pounds by the end of the month, and that is approaching quickly.
