
A few things I know for sure…
3 minutes of running on the treadmill is a LONG time. Who knew?
I am stronger than I thought I was
To many squats and lunges make the next day hard to move around
You can see a different shape to your rear in just one week
Drinking a protein shake every morning gets boring, you must use your imagination
Fiber is a really big deal in weight loss
They should be called might kill ya and not Crunches
A cheat meal is good for the body and soul (I have yet to have one but was told it was a good idea, just a meal, not a whole day)
21 days makes a habit and I am doing the countdown
I don’t miss sugar and bread like I thought I would (that could change come PMS time)
I am not sure I will ever make it to a gallon of water a day…To extreme
You must reward yourself even for the little goals
