This last week I learned that over doing it on fiber will make the scale go against you. Water, water, water! I also learned that it is so okay if I drink my black iced tea daily. There is something in it that is good enough to over ride the bad caffeine. Cool!

This week I will be adding Alpha Lipoic Acid and CoQ10 along with Cinnamon to my already large supplement intake. I also plan to make an appointment with a naturopathic doctor and see what they have to say.

I would say I lost 2+ pounds this last week until I overdosed on the fiber. That has since been taken care of and I am sure the scale will be my friend again this Monday morning.
I am running out of healthy foods that I like. Since I am not your average meat eater my protein has been limited and this needs to change. I do the shakes, but that is not a great replacement for some lean chicken, turkey or fish. I need creativity; one can only ingest so much salad, veggies and Greek yogurt.

Now that my legs are no longer rubbery from way to many lunges, and squats I have started doing them 6 days a week and will be adding to them this week. I am truly amazed at how fast ones rear takes to an exercise.

I have stayed away from all processed foods for the most part; I am not sure yogurt and 100 cal fat free popcorn count. Can a person really sustain on just clean eating?? When I started my walking program almost two years ago I used the 21 days habit to get it going, and have not missed one day since. I am hoping that this works with the clean eating as well, though, I am not as hopeful.

My Halloween trick was to buy things I would have zero desire to want to eat. It was that or I may have been found in sugar shock.

I bought these darling itty bitty note cards with itty bitty envelopes and wrote things I want on them, and on the front is a number, like 15lbs. When I hit that mark, I grab one of the 15lbs note cards, open it and go buy what it says. Rewards are always motivating! I will try and remember to post a picture of these wee cute cards.

I know I can do this!
