I can’t believe it is already November. The next three months will be filled with all these great holidays and A LOT of home cooking. I am wondering just how I will make it though the holidays with clean eating. Especially the major holiday cookie and treats baking weekend!

This week my butt is going to be kicked with major daily cardio…The excitement is just not there. My walking has increased and the daily squats and lunges are taking a toll on my knee. So Yippee for the intense cardio!!

I started drinking a lot more water and taking a cinnamon extract. I still went though a fierce sugar craving couple of days since I do that monthly. I was in Sprouts last night talking myself into this organic cookie and being sad over the great looking blonde brownies when I was given what I will just call a SIGN. I bought a cup of fruit and left without the cookie. The fruit did the job, and was more than likely much healthier for my body. Who knew?

I would like to see the weight coming off faster, I am not that patient of a person and this one to three pounds a week seems slow to me. I know inches have started coming off as my new fancy bra I bought on sale a couple months ago doesn’t fit and some of my other undergarments and clothes no longer fit either. I am happy about this but wish I looked much better than I do. My waist is shrinking and you can only tell if I wear a more fitted tee shirt, but I wear mostly baggy ones from habit.

I am on the hunt for some great healthy recipes with a lot of protein. The trainers are all about cardio and convinced I will one day love it. I thought walking was great cardio and I have been doing that daily for almost two years.

Something’s are starting to become a habit and others I still just don’t think about. This is a lot of work.

Someone said- it isn’t the destination you should look forward to, but the journey. Whatever…just get me to destination skinny jeans.
Sorry, I am having monthly mood swings. They tell me exercise will help that too. Is that really that answer for everything?
