I have managed to surpass my 21 days makes a habit rule, and believe that I am extremely conscious of what I put in my body. Even with the greatest of intentions that sugar carving will sometimes win. I have caved to the craving twice and jumped on my treadmill and tried to burn as much off as possible. What I don’t get there-Billy Blanks funk DVD will get.

I am finding I am still falling short of my goals for Yoga and other activities. Since we create our own motivation and can’t sit around waiting for it to happen, I will again give it a go this week.

Protein is still a big issue and I have yet to figure out a way of incorporating more meat products in since I am just not a fan. I could live off sea food, but my bank account wouldn’t stand for it.

This last week the loss was only 1.5 pounds, I found it depressing and felt like I didn’t do all I could. I still feel like the inches are coming off, but am waiting for that miracle.

Getting enough water still remains the hot topic. Some weeks this seems so much easier than others.

After reading the book Breakthough: Eight steps to wellness, by Suzanne Somers, I have a list of questions for my doctor and some tests I want done. It is amazing the crap we put in our bodies daily with out so much as a thought. I already am a big believer in supplementation, but some of what I read in this book was impressive, some for the rich and rich only.

Here’s to another week I know I can do!
