"Under Construction"


This last week wasn’t the greatest, hormones sometimes make you crave and cave to things you’re trying to stay away from.
When I set out to do this blog about my dieting issues and struggles, my goal was to focus on me as a whole person. I don’t think I have been doing that. I have been careful to make this blog strictly about “Fresh Monday’s” and my goals, I have left out everyday- stresses, hormones, and other factors that make me who I am and why I got here. I feel this blog is boring and non informative. I plan to reformat and change that this week. I may be a Certifiable Dieter, and just Certifiable, but there is why more to me than my daily walking and weight loss goals for the week. I am aware I don’t have a load of readers, and I am okay with that, for those one or two of you, I am hoping to change the way I blog. :)
I set goals for myself weekly in all aspects of my life, there are things I greatly enjoy and other blogs I read, but never added to my site because they didn’t pertain to my attempts at healthy living.
I imagine some things will stay the same, like my weekly weight loss, mostly because it is like a journal or sorts to me. I have been learning and collecting great recipes, reading great books and gaining interest in other activities, so why not share all of that Healthy living is a way of life, not just a number on the scale.
I am officially under construction-site and self!
