Walked 3+ miles everyday
Drank more liquids
Worked out with a DVD
Forgotten to eat all day (never a good idea)
Ignored my eat within 30 minutes of waking rule/routine
Ate a lot of veggies and watermelon
Lost another pants size (whooohoo)
Broke a good sweat at least three times this week
Remembered to stretch in the morning
Discovered pumpkin granola is really good with yogurt
Had a massage last night (not the relaxing kind, the I need it kind)
Am on my way for a pedicure right after this post
