Yoga


I have an acquaintance that I see every so often. She and I are very similiar and have a lot of the same driving factors in common. We always discuss healthy options, what we have been doing and so on. I saw her last month and was shocked at how great she looked. She always looks good, but, now she is long and lean and has killer arms. Her secret...Yoga. She goes five days a week and runs three or more. She lost me on the running, but swears he toned body is 100% yoga. She also sleeps better, has mental clarity (what is that?) and just has a better sense of well being. Seeing her today, I was again shocked at how much leaner she is looking. She is in fantastic shape and you would never know she has two tween boys by looking at her. I have said way to many times-I am going to start yoga this week, and I never ever do. I think I am going to go to a yoga center, pay the money for the classes and then I will go since I hate to waste money. Frugal girl here has been trying to get her own yoga practice going at home with the DVD's I have, to no avail. Knowing the shape of my aquantace before and seeing her now has giving me a charge. Now let's see how long I keep it.
